This year STEM Extreme is holding a food drive to help out struggling families during the holiday season.
All collected food will be donated to the OC Food Bank.
The OC Food Bank unites communities to end hunger and malnutrition by partnering with more than 300 local charities, soup kitchens and community organizations. The OC Food Bank supports nonprofit agencies in Orange County serving low-income families and individuals. In a typical year, the food bank distributes more than 23 million pounds of food.
Canned meat or fish canned fruits and vegetables, beans and rice, peanut butter, cereal, pasta and sauce, and personal care items are needed the most.
